A rental contract will be sent by email, which will need to be signed, scanned and returned.

1000 € deposit to transfer before access
20% booking deposit to be paid upon signing the contract, the rest must also be paid before handing over the keys.
Payment: bank transfer or PayPal – When paying with PayPal, any payment fees are the responsibility of the tenant.
